Paakkola Conveyors has developed conveyor components by utilizing its extensive experience and working together with the customers.
Research and development on pulleys focuses on improving durability and optimizing life time. Our pulley selection includes heavy, medium and light duty pulleys. The application determines the most appropriate type and surface material of the pulley. Paakkola conveyor idlers have been developed in cooperation with various idler manufacturers. In developing idlers, special attention has been paid to the construction of seals in order to make them suitable both for the northern winter applications, as well as, for the southern heat. In addition to pulleys and idlers, we offer other components, e.g., idler brackets, take-up devices, guides and belt cleaners. Our product line also includes pulley cleaners and belt ploughs. The components that Paakkola Conveyors offer to its customers are based on European conveyor standards. The product designs are based on our own research and development.
The flexible manufacturing process enables Paakkola Conveyors to manufacture custom-made components.
